Absolutely useless. The number for the company just hangs up if you select some of the options and goes to voicemail on all the others. They claim to offer free date changes during Covid Level 4 but then charge R450 in processing and admin fees. This company is a bunch of ******* hiding behind poor communication channels. Would never use them again.
