The user experience is good until they have taken you money and all the convenient options. After that it is near impossible to access them to help to use the extra options that you paid handsomely for. I have made many bookings with them but I have now made my last with them.

They have Lucy, the most useless automated assistant ever to guide you through some really silly questions.

And then to phone their call centre is a horrible experience.
