They don't refund in full. Is this organization close to being insolvent ?
Still waiting for our refund Nasief..... Despite your promises. Took 15 weeks for your organization to partially refund us. When we queried about the remain balance Nasief said it would be processed and paid.
Still waiting.

I am at a loss as to why you are only repaying the service fee on one ticket and not the other?
We were led to believe that both tickets would be refunded.
These are the 2 ticket references.
