The Whatsapp Circle of DEATH!

We have been trying to reach travelstart's so called "emergency assistance" for more than 12 hours. Our flight leaves today. There was an error with their platform receiving a payment (which was confirmed on my FNB app) but seems didn't go through. I only realised it didn't go through in the evening. The first notification I got from them, "payment didn't go through, we can't guarantee pricing" and for the same of R1,300 I now can't catch my flight.

3 people have reached out on whatsapp and email and no response. If we try to phone, we get directed to whatsapp which nobody answers. How is this emergency assistance all for the sake of expired payment link?

My flight leave today, 22 February 2022 - can somebody PLEASE phone me!!!
