The WhatsApp and email not working for Travelstart

I have booked my flight travelstart l contacted them to change date on my booking when the red list was implemented so that it’s in-line with quarantine booking they did not respond till l called the airline directly to change the date and BA assisted me… Few hours before traveling l got a positive PCR I was not well they did not respond again l called BA to avoid no show….Till this day they are holding onto my ticket l need to travel urgently they don’t respond
