THE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TOTAL ****!
Absolutely DISGUSTED with the level of customer service offered by Travelstart South Africa!!!!!!! I will never, EVER use this travel agent. Quick to take money for flights but not interested in keeping customers after the fact. Your chat service is LAUGHABLE and I can say this with confidence after working in a customer service position myself - ON CHATS. Do not offer this chat option if the only thing it does is increase customer frustration as opposed to reducing customer effort!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC.
Now after seeing the many reviews from other customers who feel downright cheated, it's no wonder I have experienced what I have!!!!!! Bad business can only continue for so long, Travelstart. Karma is a B@*CH!!!
