This doesn't seem like a service to write home about... so to speak. Nevertheless, sometimes its the short and small issues and their resolution that are indicative of the value a company places on their clients. I simply wanted to check the booking for the weekends flight. I was concerned that when I clicked the itinerary, there was nothing displayed. I hopped onto the instant chat and was answered by Maritza. I explained my consternation and she immediately asked my confirmation number. Within minutes I had the itinerary in my GMail inbox, resent for confirmation. Professional, friendly and very quick service. Thank You.
