The customer service is the poorest I have ever gotten.

The customer service is the poorest I have ever gotten. It took more than 2 weeks to make a date change costing me a whole lot more than it should. They even intentionally refuse to pick your call once they recognize your number or cut it in the middle because you are about to ask for a due refund. This guys are not ready. I will not recommend their staff to be hired by anyone else.
