The agent Surya is a superstar!

I double booked as an operator told me my tickets were canceled, but they actually weren't, so I ended up paying double. I tried to cancel it, but every time I spoke to an operator they would refer it to someone else and I would never get a call back. That was until I spoke to an agent named Surya. He immediately understood the problem, and called me back within 10 minutes to tell me my money has been refunded, and he sent me the proof of refund via email. I almost cried out of absolute appreciation of this amazing person!
