The Absolute Ghetto, and not in a good way

Travelstart has to be by far, the worst I have ever had to experience! So my friends and I went to Thailand, tickets were handles by Travelstart, going there was a breeze, when we had to come back to RSA, however, that's where the problem started, so we took a flight from ****et to Bangkok, when we got to Bangkok, we went to Etihad Airways, as our e-ticket had said we should, and everyone we asked at the airport said we should get to Etihad, we got on the queue, at about 17:20, when they helped us, they told us that our tickets were printed incorrectly as it had to write "Bangkok Airways" to Bangkok airport, instead of Etihad, when we told Travelstart, they told us it was not on them, and that we had to buy new tickets to South Africa, they couldn't and wouldn't take any respinsibility for any of the mess they made on the ticket, the lady who was helping us at the airport told us that Travelstart had to clearly write that the plane to Bangoko had to be Bangkok Airways instead of Etihad. After a lot of back and forth, they decided that they wouldn't take part in helping us get back home, and we bought tickets worth R13600 each person, to get back home, so please do not use Travelstart if you wanna get home without any hassles, I want to attach the e-ticket but am unable to unfortunately.
