Immediate, prompt and courteous service from Elroy Rooi at Travelstart. I hadn’t received an email confirmation of my ticket that was booked and paid for the previous day. Fortunately I had the booking number from an SMS that was sent to me. Elroy located the booking and forwarded it to me immediately on a different email address; it appears that I have a problem with my server and the address supp**** to Travelstart. Many thanks Elroy!
