Thanks for the service today

You won’t often read about good service from this travel agency here, however I would like to send a special thanks to the staff that assisted me on my missed flight and managed to secure another one asap. Improvement can strongly be made though on long waits for someone to answer the phone even though your Average waiting time was estimated 0 minutes.
