It was a great experience dealing with Travelstart. There is a chat service on their website and I contacted Elroy Rooi. My wife could not fly next month because of COVID-19 and I asked Elroy for a suspension of her flight. He was quick, polite and efficient and at no time my wife has got a suspension until 31 December 2021 with a confirming e-mail message! What a great service! Thank you, Elroy for your professionalism and efficiency, that was a great pleasure dealing with Travelstart!
