My name is Ryan Charles and due to unfortunate circumstances health related and being a travel expert for 30 plus years, I’ve had to rely on the services of agents at travelstart. I want to comment especially on two agents named khaya and Elroy. I’ve had incredible bad luck n the online booking portal an these two agents went above and beyond on two separate bookings I had completed online for clients of mine. In no time my problems were sorted by these two agents on different occasions for two different bookings but funny enough on the exact same renowned carrier. I spoke to a few agents who did not bend over backwards and I was fortunate enough to find these two agents as mentioned above. Thank you both kindly for walking a mile I my shoes.
