Absolutely brilliant and patient support from Elroy one of their Service Agents. My problem was resolved and I am able to use my vouchers for flights cancelled the first DAY of Lockdown. We were totally unaware that flights had been grounded and at that stage struggled to return home. Now that things have returned to normal I needed to get my bookings in order. Even though he was struggling to send through the vouchers he persevered and did not just put down the phone. We eventually used another email address and eureka!
