As a regular international business traveller I did not have the best of starts with Travelstart, and was about to quit on them until Andrea Spreadbury took over my booking. From there on out I have not looked back once.

Andrea is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She is also very understanding - often I had to change plans last minute and she has always been very accommodating and patient.

Even when Andrea was on leave or out the office she made sure I was taken care of and in capable hands, and always made sure my enquiries were followed up on in no time. I don't think I have ever waited more than a hour for a proper response accompanied by multiple travel options.

If it was not for Andrea, I would not have continued with Travelstart. Since then I had about two years of great service from her and also introduced colleagues and friends to her who now also uses her for their bookings. I want to thank her for always putting the client first and going above and beyond, she is most certainly the most valuable asset for Travelstart!
