Terrible services
anyone. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I was involved in a car accident on the day I was supposed to travel, which was completely beyond my control. Despite informing them and providing the necessary proof, they refused to assist with changing my travel dates or offering a refund. The service has been unprofessional and unhelpful. Proceed with caution.
