Terrible Service... period

I've been trying to confirm my booking with Travelstart for the past two days and they have sent me to a WhatsApp line that took 24 hours to answer and your so called agent ended the chat abruptly. Your agent told me that according to your system I hadn't paid the amount required to change dates and as i was looking for the POP's to send to you then the chat was just ended. if your intention is to sink this business you are succeeding as there is no way in hell that a business that deals with customers can have a WhatsApp line as means of communication.

can someone please assist as I need to confirm when tickets and travel vouchers will be issued.
