“Terrible Service – No Human Support Available

I’m very angry and disappointed with your customer service. I booked and paid for a ticket, and the money was deducted from my account — yet I haven’t received any confirmation email or booking reference.

What makes this worse is that I cannot reach a real person for help. Having no 24/7 live support for urgent booking issues is unacceptable, especially when customers’ money is involved. I’m stuck with no information, no email, and no way to speak to an actual human being.

I need this issue resolved immediately. Either confirm my booking or process a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
