Terrible service from Travelstart.

I app**** for a flight cancellation and refund prior to a flight in December 2021 for my nanny. Despite 11 emails and WhatsApp messages, and having taken out insurance on the flight, I have not received any refund. I just keep getting automated messages and cannot email or speak to a human being to help. So Travelstart has ****med a domestic worker out of a flight ticket plus the cost of insuring against cancellation. The customer service has been the absolute worst. I will be taking this up with the relevant Ombudsman. This is just terrible service.
