Terrible service, do not use these guys, they will take your money and you will not get any service!!!!
Absolutely pathetic service! Almost ******** conduct! I had booked a return flight for myself and my wife for a vacation in Paris. In the interim she has fallen pregnant and we decided to cancel the trip. We booked our tickets through Travelstart, as such we contacted them and requested a refund. The feedback we got is that we will receive less than half of our money back!! After a call with an Emirates consultant I found out that this is not the case. I have raised this issue with Travelstart but are completely unable to get any proper feedback from them. It has been more than a month and I cant get any reply or feedback from them, only a generic email or a reply that states refunds takes 12 weeks.

Our team have responded with feedback and see you have since accepted the refund quote.
Your flights have been cancelled out the booking and our refunds team will do a refund application to the airline. As the airline sits with all funds of the fare and taxes, the fund due will come direct from the airline back onto the credit card used to make the booking.
Due to the current pandemic airlines are receiving high volumes of refund requests from around the world, this making the refund processing time slight longer then usual. Please be assured airlines are trying to process refunds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
