Terrible service

Absolute terrible service the past two days. I tried to book just a local return flight Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. They take your money for the booking fee, but payment for the ticket do not go through. Website just stalls. Tried to call, whatsup, email. No response over 24 hours. I ended up with 4 ***** transactions on my card for small amounts while trying to deal with them. Had to go to the bank to cancel it and then used a travel agent. Never again..
