Terrible service

There is absolutely no way to contact travelstart. I'm trying to rebook a flight that was cancelled in Dec due to Covid. The WhatsApp communication just directs you to their contact us form on their website. After filling in multiple of those contact forms still no response. I used to be a loyal customer of travelstart but I think this is the last time I have any dealings with them.

I am very sorry that you have been struggling to rebook the ticket for the Qatar flights. I have done a search for the request and located the booking. The ticket has been rebooked a and I have resent it to the email address on the booking.
