Terrible service and feedback
This is the worst way to book flights, will never do so again on this app. Impossible to make booking changes

Please be advised in order to amend the name on the booking please contact the airlines directly as they will have to assist.
For the outward flight please call SAA and amend the name and date KPQXXY and their contact information is *** and *** ***
For the return flight to amend the name you will have to contact Airlink KQE42N and their contact information is *** and *** ***
I have emailed the 2 airlines and ccd you in on my emails. Please note that there are possible charges for the name change and this is advised and decided by the airline.
Please note I have removed the date change confirmation from our end as we cannot assist with the date change when you will be actioning a name change. Should you decide to leave the name on the booking as is please revert as instructed on the date change quote so that we can further assist you.
