Terrible service - almost non exsistent

I have been trying to get new tickets out of TravelStart for over two months now but to no avail [they canceled my previous tickets due to Covid]. They are so bad I can't explain it. They take over a week to get back to me and I still can't get new tickets. The tickets that have been offered to me are now twice the price of the previous ones. Even if I do want to take them they are just not getting back to me? Think I might just make a TIKTOK video about this!
