Terrible service
This is the worst travel agencie to work with, I have sent 4 requests and still no reply. Don't ever use them, they can't even pick up a phone and call you to help. Terrible service. I will never use them again.

I have tried to call to no avail and reverted on email.
I can see that a request was made on 02 June and an agent responded and advised that dates are required to further assist. We then received a request to call back yesterday and this was a category that does not generate a response.
Please can you revert to me when I may call you and also with the dates you require.
