Terrible service
Been trying to cancel a booking since this morning. No way you can contact them and actually speak to someone. WhatsApp response time and quality is terrible. They’ve just lost a longtime user.

I have cancelled out the outward flight only for Airlink and advised that the FlySafair flight needs to be actioned by the airline as we do not have access to their directives.
Please keep an eye on the emails for the refunds team to advise on the refund amount as per the call and the time frame.
