Terrible communication and service srom Travelstart
Paid for tickets and paid extra to be able to amend ticket. No way of getting hold of them. Not via phone, not via their website or their WhatsApp number. Terrible service. Feel ****** of almost 5 thousand rand. Warning to all out there - do not user this agency. SafAir should not let them sell their tickets.
