terrible communcation

i have being trying to amend a flight booking for 11 days - no response to email - whatsapp communication is terrible....they don't respond to you for days - and when they do, and you don't reply within 6 mins....they close the call!!! and you start again. Flights are time bound things- one needs immediacy to confirm arrangements. the biggest issue - you don't seem to be able to talk to anyone!!!!! Come on Travelstart ---fix this
