telephonic contact with travelstart - not possible

i am trying to contact travel start for 4 hours each time i get close to my call been responded to - they cut me off. how is this possible?

Hi Etienne,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I have checked for the booking and located 3 issued tickets and 1 failed booking. I have resent the issued tickets to you and should you have a pending hold on the failed booking please send an email with the bank statement to payments @ travelstart . com.

Please note I have also tried to call you to no avail.
