TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT HAS NO BOOKING FOR CAR OR FLIGHT
We have booked through Travelstart on 24 October 2017 and paid for the flight and the car. At the airport, no flight. First Car Rental also had no record of a booked and paid vehicle.
After getting in touch with Travelstart the next morning as they have no response on their "urgent" number at night, we were told that the bookings were made and that is that. We had to pay for flights and hotel accommodation as well as a car again, they refuse to refund the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As explained telephonically, the bookings were successful and correctly ticketed by Travelstart.
We therefore contacted our airline and car rental suppliers and they advised that all was in order. The airline has no record of the passenger checking in with them prior to departure of the flight in question. Neither does the car rental agent have record of the vehicle being collected at the stipulated time of collection.
As mentioned, we will gladly request the suppliers to provide this information in writing to the passenger and copy you in.
Please can you provide the telephone number you called from on the evening as our After Hours staff are available from 5pm to 8am during the week. They are also available until midnight on weekends.
