Superstar Jeremy! Great customer service

Initially it was a struggle to get through to Travelstart. I felt a bit frustrated as I tried so many times without any success. HOWEVER, thanks to a special consultant Jeremy who provided sterling service. Not only was he super helpful, he was patient, pleasant & professional. He listed diligently and responded in a very professional & polite manner. I was impressed by his level of service. My experience with Jeremy was beyond a 5...I would rate him a 100 if I could!
