<p>I booked 6 tickets for some of my guys to fly to Riyadh received a confirmation mail that the tickes have been issued, on arrival at OR Tambo only two of the six tickets was issued. this was the responce received from Travelstart, R8624.23 x 2 is for the tickets for V>>>>>>>>>>>> & D>>>>>>>>>>>>><br />R18247.00 - is the travelstart service charges and products for all passenegers....... Now please explain how one pays more for the service than for the tickets? </p>

As per our discussion the fees deducted were for all the passengers that were booked. I will be sending you an email for the figures as well as the amount that will be refunded back to you.
