Superb service from Travel-start when Kulula stuffed it!

I had extreme problems with Kulula not having recognized E-tickets issued by them causing me to have to buy other tickets. Even then on trying to claim the money back they had no knowledge of me being on one of their planes.

Even though Travel Start was not to blame at all, Shireen Burger took up the issue and has been an absolute trooper trying to get it resolved. Such tenacity, professionalism and all-round willingness to go above and beyond. WOW
