Superb customer service

Kim and Elroy were both Amazing today. Firstly Kim updated me on the progress of my booking. I realised I made an error and called later the afternoon, assisted jointly by Kim and Elroy, who assisted with amending our flights. I was super relieved of the outcome and very impressed with the quality of service from these two agents.
