Super efficient human service from Travelstart consultant

I just want to say how very satisfied I was with the service from Ferial Stemmet of Travelstart today. I had made a mistake on my reservation so that my surname showed as both my name and surname. I used the contract form on the webpage and within minute Ms Stemmet called me to sort the problem out. It made me feel so safe with Travelstart, and like this is a real business with people who are physically there and care, not an anonymous black hole call centre. Thanks Ferial and Travelstart.
