Stuck at a foreign airport
I am stuck at the airport. I arrived at Hong Kong airport from China to find that Travelstart has not issued my amended ticket despite payment being processed. And payment for amendments was almost as the same amount as the original ticket. Emirates, the airline could not help me as I had booked via Travelstart. I have spent much on Hong Kong dollars in airtime trying to get through to their emergency after hour line to no success. They are now not responding to my emails and it looks like I'm gonna sleep at the airport again tonight and God knows for how long before they respond.
I am so stressed I have started being sick.

Apologies for the inconvenice caused.
Please provide me with a alternative number we have been trying to contact you for the last few days but to no avail. I have now also tried to call the south aftrican number provided it is off and the international number disconnects. We have been in contact via email as well.

Kindly note that a wrong itinerary has just been send with the wrong fare. There is no stopover on itinerary but the fare is a stopover one. Can you kindly rectify and get back to me so I can effect payment immediately
