Struggle to get feedback to make a change to a booking

I wrote six mails and tried the whatsapp line about 10 times! I need to change the departure town of a flight that I booked. They rather send me a mail to cancel the ticket with a R101 refund on a R2500 ticket!!! I need urgent assistance to change place of departure. Same day, same destination, same airline. How difficult can it be??
