Stressed Client

Travel is meant to be about excitement, fun and experiencing something different. Usually this involves a person to plan & organise and often it involves big change in ones life. One thing we expect is to trust that the easy part is the flight, the rest is release and let go in a country you may not know. Its a big process for many. With suicide on the rise and stress rates soaring, i would expect a company who has been in business for this long to be on their game. I just called and had a 82 min waiting time (not waiting that long), this is after I've already called and waited for 38 min and 56 min consecutively to no avail. When ever i get close the comms just drops off. I spent a hell of a lot of money on my flight pre covid, and fear that this will be rejected, and in the meantime I sit waiting not being able to control the outcome or even speak to a human being. I am freaking out, as i am also moving home, country and just want to confirm a new flight with new changes. COME ON TRAVELSTART - Please help me.
