Stop before you Travelstart!!!

The old saying "If it's too good to be true..." fits Travelstart perfectly! Their service is non existent and I would best describe it as borderline ********. They offer all these expensive add-ons for peace of mind which they have no intention of honoring once something goes wrong. Bought local flights in South Africa with a Flexi-flight change option and when the airline was grounded they simply blocked off all inquiry options and send the odd email as a grand rouge.
