Still waiting for feedback

I tried to book 2 tickets to Durban on 03 October on your website. I paid with EFT. I received a sms from my bank that the amount of R688.04 was deducted from my account. But my reservation is cancelled. I have phoned your office, they said they had a problem on the 05 September with your systems. But I will receive my confirmation in the next 2 hours. Needless to say nothing was received. I email 4 times to your ********** I have read receive on my email address. You read it but nobody comes back to tell me what is going on . This morning after phoning again, they tell me to sent an mail to ********** No surprise nothing happen again. Really I want my money back .
