Still waiting
Have just been on chat with Justine & still no progress on my refund from SAA which is outstanding from 20 February 2020, so anyone waiting for refunds from SAA good luck!!

As advised we have been working on your booking regularly in attempting the refund completion process with SAA and their systems are still not up and running. Once the airline has opened up for refunds or they have advised us of any new information we will inform you accordingly.
I would like to thank you for your patience as you have been wonderful thus far and would love to let you know that you are not going unnoticed as we are following up on the refund for you.
