Still no refund after nearly 5 months

I paid the service fee to get a refund on 6 tickets on the 6th of April. Travelstart only submitted the refund request to the airline on the 22nd of April. I have still not received the refund nearly 5 months later.

Travelstart are impossible to contact - they dont answer their phones and will only communicate via online chat or email.

I strongly advise people to not use TravelStart as suspect they are going under.
