Still haven't heard from them!!!

My husband has been trying to contact travelstart to postpone a flight. We have been back and forth with emails since December 11th 2021 and till now 6th Jan 2022 we have still not received any conducive feedback. It's just a confusion of emails back and forth. We can't even call them to sort this out but this is far too long. I will never use them again. Absolutely pathetic service!
