I booked a flight from SA to Maldives, when I wanted to make flight changes firstly it was difficult for them to make changes, for an entire they kept saying they’ll get back to me their agents are working on it, until two days before departure they gave me a new quote which was overcharged, then later called to say they forgot to charge me a service fee and requested more money.
