STAY AWAY

It’s been almost a year, and I still have not received my ticket refund. This despite having paid for refundable tickets for a family of 5 traveling to Zanzibar. Chasing for the refund is an impossible feat. The phone lines are cut, the WhatsApp bot tells of large volumes and not being able to process your request. The email forms tell you they’ve already processed your request, even though they haven’t. It’s an absolute nightmare. Todate I still have never spoken to an actual person- the system is designed to keep the interaction with no person interface, no escalations and therefore difficult to hold anyone to account. STAY AWAY!!!
