StavelStart *********
Emirates Cancelled a flight due to COVID-19. Now Travelstart tells me i will pay them R500 per person for my money back as this is a service. There is no service its you're obligation, you make sure people can ONLY get refunds from you then ********* them to pay regardless if they can. In this way you force people to pay you or they will not get their money back. This should be *******. This is ********* in the true sense of the word.

The correct service fee for processing the refund is ZAR 99.00 per person.
This will be corrected and a new payment link will be sent to the email address in the booking.
