South African stranded in Munich, Germany

I booked a ticket for My Husband to Munich on Quatar via Doha and his departure date was the 15th October. We got a visa for 21 days as he had to be back in South Africa by the 1st November. All went well and he was reunited with our Son and family on the 16th. As my Husband has had a triple by pass and major cancer operation he is in need of schedule 6 medication and he took enough with him to cover the period required. Alas on the 31st October he went to the Munich airport with his luggage for his return trip to Johannesburg. I must add here that he has had the 2 Pfizer jabs and has been very healthy for a while now. A PCR negative test was requested which he was unaware of and this turned out to be positive on a reading of 19,1 he was told to go into quarantine for 14 days and then to return. 7 days later he decided to have another test and the reading was 33,2, we were happy with this as 40 is the reading for a negative test. He returned to the testing station on the 14th November and reading was 34! It is common knowledge that one can test positive for months after having covid and he had already gone through 15 days of isolation. Quatar refused to take him on the plane as the South African protocol reads that the passenger needs to have a Negative PCR. The South African Covid-19 Helpline advised that he get a letter from a Doctor in Munich that stated that he was well, had no symptoms of Covid and was not contagious. No Doctor in Germany will give a letter to this effect and Quatar will not accept the letter. Now on the 17th November he is still stranded in Germany and has been advised that should he test positive again he will have to go into quarantine till the 27th November. He has been fortunate to get a Doctor to prescribe the necessary medication and is paying three time the amount that he pays in South Africa. I have tried to get hold of Travelstart for help but to no avail. This impersonal system that they have just does not work and in a case of an emergency like this it is imperative that a Company like theirs has an Emergency Call Number . Quatar has been contacted on numerous occasions and their answer is always contact your Travel Agent (Who are they?????????)I notice from other reviews on TravelStart that they do not communicate on any reviews so I challenge Travelstart to communicate on this one as we are pensioners and this is costing a fortune and my husband is running out of funds. If Travelstart was available this could have been resolved by now.
