I will never book through them again, even though i bought a flexi ticket and the airline is giving full refund on all tickets travelstart is only willing to give me 3000 of my 10 000. It also took me 3 days to get hold of someone who was able to help me. Such a hassle, its much easier to book directly on the airlines website and they are always helpful and not as CREEDY!!
