Shocking, Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service from this Agency.
I am really annoyed with the services provided by this Agency. I have ticket that ii put on hold and getting someone to assist with reopening that ticket is a steep mountain to climb. The whole week i have been trying to get assistance but they just send you an email using a NO-Reply address. On my last email i clearly stated that i would want a a quote between the 4-7 October but today one of their agents sent me a quote for 7 September and this shows a lack of professionalism and care for customer requests.
The WhatsApp line is useless you spend the whole day being told Please wait whilst i transfer your chat to one of the agents.

03 Sept 2021, 20:29This service is horrific, on suspending the flights initially you get told that the admin fees is R199, on previous quotes i have been charged R199, now out of the blues this agent by the name of Sharon comes up with a R299 admin charge on the Quote. This service continues to be poor and poor, from being quoted on the wrong dates today, now i am being quoted again a whole different admin fee.
